Introducing Peach, a delightful Collie on a quest to find her forever family, ideally with Collie aficionados who understand their unique needs and quirks. Originally found as a stray, Peach's past may be a mystery, but her strong herding instinct is evident. Peach arrived with us via another rescue and we're optimistic that her perfect match awaits in the tranquil countryside of Buckinghamshire.

Peach is not just clever; she's a sweetheart through and through. She relishes human affection while also valuing her independence. While initially reserved, she forms deep bonds with those she trusts, showing boundless excitement in their company. Although she may seem preoccupied outdoors, her affectionate nature truly shines indoors, where her intelligence occasionally leads her into playful mischief.

In the paddock, Peach's joy knows no bounds as she frolics, particularly relishing her role as a football goalkeeping superstar. While she may be discerning about treats, her true passion lies in playful pursuits rather than culinary delights.

However, Peach does come with some considerations. Her herding instincts occasionally lead to awkward encounters with other dogs, necessitating a home where she can be the sole canine companion. Additionally, she exhibits sensitivity during vet visits, requiring a muzzle for reassurance.  She travels beautifully and likes to look out the window the whole time.

While she's adept at the basics, her recall could use refinement, and lead manners may need attention unless her new owners are keen on canicross adventures. Patience and consistent training will be key to addressing any lingering food aggression tendencies.

Peach seeks a serene, pet-free adult household with secure fencing and active owners eager to embark on new adventures and continue her education.

The adoption fee for Peach is £200
